Standard is routine upkeep. Deep adds detail work (baseboards, blinds, inside windowpanes, tile & grout, hood vents). Move-in/move-out is the most complete clean for empty homes. A standard clean covers kitchen counters and stovetop, inside the microwave, appliance exteriors, full bathrooms, dusting within reach, floors, beds made and trash out—baseboards are not included. A deep clean includes everything in standard plus surface cleaning of exposed baseboards, tile and grout, inside windowpanes and blinds, hood vents and kitchen walls spot-checked within reach. Move-in/move-out includes the deep-clean detail work plus inside the fridge, freezer and stove, inside cabinets and drawers, closets vacuumed out, and laundry room and garage floors. Inside windowpanes and blinds are included in deep and move-in/move-out. We never wash outside windows. On a standard clean, blinds and inside windows are extras you can add. Inside windowpanes means glass on the inside only.

Not in a standard cleaning. Surface cleaning of exposed baseboards is included in deep and move-in/move-out cleaning. If you want baseboards on a standard visit, ask us about a deep clean or an add-on when you book.

Most customers start with a deep clean, then keep the home up with recurring standard visits. A first deep clean catches build-up on baseboards, grout and blinds. After that, weekly, biweekly or monthly recurring service follows the standard checklist. Ask when you book whether a first-visit promotion is running—offers change from month to month.

Book move-in/move-out cleaning for empty homes. It’s built for vacant houses and rentals: inside fridge, freezer and stove, inside cabinets and drawers, closets, baseboards, inside windowpanes and blinds, plus laundry room and garage floors. Because the home is empty, making beds and staging furniture aren’t on this checklist. Starting price is from $229; your quote depends on the home.

Recurring is our standard clean on a schedule; one-time can be standard, deep or move-in/out. Choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly for recurring service—same cleaner each visit. A one-time deep or move-out is better when you need a reset, a listing-ready clean or a turnover. Recurring pricing is a free quote based on your home.

Yes. Inside the fridge (includes freezer), oven and cabinets are included in move-in/move-out and are extras on standard and deep.
