What is a move-in/move-out cleaning?
Moving out? Moving in? This is our most complete level of cleaning, built for empty homes. It includes the detail work of a deep clean (exposed baseboards, inside windowpanes and blinds, tile and grout, hood vents) plus the inside of the fridge, freezer and stove, the inside of cabinets and drawers, closets vacuumed out, and laundry room and garage: cobwebs, glass doors and windows on the inside, and floors swept, mopped and vacuumed.
Who is it for?
Homeowners getting a house ready to list, buyers who want a fresh start before unpacking, renters handing back keys, and landlords and property managers turning over a vacant unit. Because the home is empty, items like making beds and staging furniture aren’t part of this checklist.
Good to know
Patio sweeping is always a paid extra, including on move-in/move-out. We never wash outside windows. You don’t need to be there: leave a lockbox or door code and we’ll handle the rest.

What’s the difference between a deep clean and a move-in/move-out clean?
Move-in/move-out includes everything in a deep clean plus inside the fridge, freezer and stove, inside cabinets and drawers, closets vacuumed out, and laundry room and garage floors swept and mopped. It’s built for empty homes, so it skips items like making beds and staging furniture.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, as long as you leave clear entry instructions (a lockbox, door or garage code, or a key plan) and tell us how to leave the house. You’re welcome to stay home if you prefer.
What extras can I add?

How long does a cleaning take, and how many cleaners come?
We typically send one or two cleaners, and more for large move-outs. Time depends on the size of the home and the service level; the team finishes when the agreed checklist is done.
