How much does house cleaning cost?
Every quote is customized to your home’s square footage and layout (bedrooms and bathrooms) and the type of cleaning you choose. Starting prices are $99 for a standard clean (small home), $199 for a deep clean and $229 for move-in/move-out; your quote depends on your home. Call (678) 218-1010 or book online for a free quote.
How do I book a cleaning?
Call or text (678) 218-1010, email info@masterpiececlean.com, or book online. Tell us your city, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and which cleaning you want, and we’ll confirm a date and time.
How do I pay?
We accept credit card, Zelle and cash. For Zelle we text you the business details (Masterpiece Cleaning LLC, info@masterpiececlean.com). Cards can be kept on file and charged after you’re satisfied with the visit.
What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Please give about 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment so we can fill the cleaners’ day. Short-notice changes may incur a $50 fee. Call us and we’ll work with you.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. Love our service? Spread the word and earn $50 in credits for each home you refer to us. Call (678) 218-1010 to make sure your referral is credited.
What’s included
What’s the difference between a standard and a deep cleaning?
A standard cleaning is routine upkeep: kitchen counters and stovetop, inside the microwave, appliance exteriors, full bathroom cleaning, dusting within reach (including windowsills), vacuuming, mopping, beds made and trash out. Baseboards are not included in a standard cleaning. A deep cleaning adds surface cleaning of exposed baseboards, inside windowpanes and blinds, tile and grout, hood vents and kitchen walls spot-checked within reach. See the full comparison.
What’s the difference between a deep clean and a move-in/move-out clean?
Move-in/move-out includes everything in a deep clean plus inside the fridge, freezer and stove, inside cabinets and drawers, closets vacuumed out, and laundry room and garage floors swept and mopped. It’s built for empty homes, so it skips items like making beds and staging furniture.
Do you clean windows, blinds, ovens or inside appliances?
Inside windowpanes and blinds are included in deep and move-in/move-out cleaning. We clean windows on the inside only and never wash outside windows. Inside the oven, fridge (including the freezer) and cabinets are extras on standard and deep cleans and are included in move-in/move-out. We clean inside the microwave on every visit.
What extras can I add?
Laundry, dishes, blinds, inside windows, inside fridge (includes freezer), inside oven, inside cabinets, organization, pet hair and patio sweeping. Contact us for pricing. Patio sweeping is always a paid extra, including on move-in/move-out. See all extras.
Should my first visit be a deep clean?
Most customers start with a deep clean, then keep the home up with recurring standard visits. Ask when you book whether a first-visit promotion is running; offers change from month to month.
Do you offer weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning?
Yes. Recurring cleaning is our standard clean on a schedule: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. We’ll match openings to your calendar.
Do you clean short-term rentals, new construction or offices?
Yes. Along with house cleaning, we clean short-term rentals and vacation homes, do post-construction cleaning, and clean commercial properties from apartment complexes to professional offices. On cleaning day
How long does a cleaning take, and how many cleaners come?
We typically send one or two cleaners, and more for large move-outs. Time depends on the size of the home and the service level; the team finishes when the agreed checklist is done.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring our own supplies and tools. If you’d like us to use a specific product or your vacuum, tell us when you book.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, as long as you leave clear entry instructions (a lockbox, door or garage code, or a key plan) and tell us how to leave the house. You’re welcome to stay home if you prefer.
Will I get the same cleaner each visit?
Yes. You get the same cleaner each visit, so the person cleaning your home already knows it and how you like things done.
Is it okay if I have pets?
Call (678) 218-1010 to confirm. We’ll note your pets and any access preferences on your booking so the team arrives prepared. Pet hair removal is an extra, so ask us for pricing.

Yes. Masterpiece Cleaning is bonded and insured, and our cleaners are background-checked, including recurring checks.

Do you have an office I can visit?
