Recurring cleaning is our standard cleaning on a set schedule. Choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly, and the same checklist is completed every visit: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting within reach, floors, beds made and trash out.
Which frequency is right for me?
- Weekly for busy households, kids and pets, where the house needs a reset every week.
- Every two weeks keeps most homes consistently clean between visits.
- Monthly for smaller or lightly used homes that need a regular refresh.
Start with a deep clean
Most customers start with a deep clean so baseboards, grout and blinds are caught up, then switch to recurring standard visits to keep it that way. Need something extra one week? Add extras like inside the fridge or oven to any visit.

Easy to manage
Our booking system lets you leave instructions and notes for your crew and sends arrival and completion notifications. Need to move a visit? Give us about 48 hours’ notice.

- Removing cobwebs from ceiling (within reach*)
- Dust ceiling fans & lighting fixtures (within reach*)
- Dusting and wiping of windowsills
- Dusting & cleaning off of shelves, ledges, desks, surfaces
- Feather dust wall art & dust around nik-naks (within reach*)
- Dusting TV, monitors, and other electronics
- Dusting & wiping of light switches
- Dusting of door frames (within reach*)
- Clean/wipe mirrors & glass items
- Bagging garbage/trash under beds (within reach*)
- Change linens/make beds (if linens are available)
- Remove trash & replace trash can liners (liners must be provided*)
- Sweep & mop all flooring (hardwood/tile/etc.)
- Vacuuming of all carpeted flooring & around furniture (furniture cannot be moved*)
- Vacuum/clean inside of furniture
- Set/stage living room items
Bathrooms

- Dusting and wiping of windowsills

- Dust/wipe down exterior of washer & dryer
- Picking up & bagging of trash (trash bags must be provided*)

Yes. You get the same cleaner each visit, so the person cleaning your home already knows it and how you like things done.
Should my first visit be a deep clean?
Most customers start with a deep clean, then keep the home up with recurring standard visits. Ask when you book whether a first-visit promotion is running; offers change from month to month.
What’s the difference between a standard and a deep cleaning?
A standard cleaning is routine upkeep: kitchen counters and stovetop, inside the microwave, appliance exteriors, full bathroom cleaning, dusting within reach (including windowsills), vacuuming, mopping, beds made and trash out. Baseboards are not included in a standard cleaning. A deep cleaning adds surface cleaning of exposed baseboards, inside windowpanes and blinds, tile and grout, hood vents and kitchen walls spot-checked within reach. See the full comparison.
What’s your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Please give about 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment so we can fill the cleaners’ day. Short-notice changes may incur a $50 fee. Call us and we’ll work with you.
