What is a standard cleaning?
A standard cleaning is our routine maintenance clean: the baseline that keeps a lived-in home fresh. We clean the kitchen counters and backsplash, the stovetop, the inside of the microwave and the outsides of your appliances; fully clean bathrooms, including tubs, showers, toilets, sinks and mirrors; dust everything within reach, from ceiling fans to windowsills and electronics; then sweep, mop and vacuum, make the beds (if linens are available) and take out the trash.
How often should I book it?
We recommend a standard cleaning once every other week or once a month. On a set schedule it becomes our recurring cleaning service: weekly, biweekly or monthly.
What isn’t included?
To keep a standard visit efficient, a few detail items are left for deeper services: baseboards, blinds and inside windowpanes, tile and grout and hood vents are part of a deep clean. Inside the fridge (including the freezer), oven and cabinets are extras on a standard clean and are included in move-in/move-out. Add any of them as extras.

Standard Cleaning FAQs
What’s the difference between a standard and a deep cleaning?
A standard cleaning is routine upkeep: kitchen counters and stovetop, inside the microwave, appliance exteriors, full bathroom cleaning, dusting within reach (including windowsills), vacuuming, mopping, beds made and trash out. Baseboards are not included in a standard cleaning. A deep cleaning adds surface cleaning of exposed baseboards, inside windowpanes and blinds, tile and grout, hood vents and kitchen walls spot-checked within reach. See the full comparison.
Do you clean windows, blinds, ovens or inside appliances?
Inside windowpanes and blinds are included in deep and move-in/move-out cleaning. We clean windows on the inside only and never wash outside windows. Inside the oven, fridge (including the freezer) and cabinets are extras on standard and deep cleans and are included in move-in/move-out. We clean inside the microwave on every visit.
Do you offer weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning?
Yes. Recurring cleaning is our standard clean on a schedule: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. We’ll match openings to your calendar.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring our own supplies and tools. If you’d like us to use a specific product or your vacuum, tell us when you book.

Every quote is customized to your home’s square footage and layout (bedrooms and bathrooms) and the type of cleaning you choose.
