Good to know before your first visit
- You don’t need to be home. Leave clear entry instructions, such as a lockbox, door or garage code, or a key plan, and tell us how to leave the house. You’re welcome to stay home if you prefer.
- Tell us about pets when you book so the team arrives prepared. Pet hair removal is an extra.
- We bring our own supplies and tools. If you want us to use a specific product or your vacuum, just say so.
- Payment: credit card, Zelle or cash. Cards can be kept on file and charged after you’re satisfied with the visit.
- Bonded and insured: our cleaners are background-checked, including recurring checks.
